Entretien
It was very easy. I applied online while job searching on Friday and a Senior HR Ops Manager called me on Monday to do a short phone interview. It was a very relaxed and friendly conversation, only asked a few questions (How did you find out about us, What shift would you like, Were you recommended by anyone who is currently working for us). After that I did the background check and I was hired on Tuesday.

Entretien
Note this was during Covid 2020. I had received a phone call interview and they called me back a few days later to offer the job. I am unsure if the process has changed since then.

You apply online, you get a phone call, you better answer that call, you better take that interview the day they tell you otherwise you forget about you and move on and your opportunity is gone.
