The communication and scheduling during the process was great. I was treated with respect from start to finish. In terms of the interviews, I was provided with the opportunity to meet with current employees from a wide range of functions. This made a big difference during my evaluation of Fender. One of the best interview experiences that I have ever had.

The overall process was approximately one month. Once the initial online application was submitted, approximately one-week later a phone interview request email was received. The initial phone interview was with a senior recruiter asking overall job responsibility questions. The next day, a second phone interview request was received. The interview questions were resume targeted. Approximately three weeks later a "Thank You" letter was received.

Everyone was very professional and the communication and updates from the recruiter was constant with very few gaps of not being updated. I would recommend everyone apply to work at Fender. This company is fantastic and the office is amazing.
