The interview process itself was really efficient, several members from the PR tame conducted a group interview with me. We all got together in a small conference room and they mostly went over the benefits fender offers interns. It felt more like they were trying to sell fender to me than like I was trying to sell myself to them.

The process was actually quite thorough, with a a legitimate phone interview asking about why i was interested in the position and the in person interview even more thorough, meeting with three different interviewees
