2 part interview with first being face to face interview and presentation. 2nd part was more an informal chat about the role. Good process and well run sessions. Interview interestingly included the client, which made sense as it would be them ultimately that i would be working for. I feel this brought to life the role a lot more than just the outsource partner interviewing.
