Long waiting for interviews.. HR should be disciplined more or less it was average. But it was tough though! First-source is a good company, many perks and benefits are also available for the employees. Being one the biggest brand in BPO sector.

I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.

Easy interview i had two interview 1 on camera and other over the phone. Pretty much the second interview went over ever. It was call a informative session where everything was went over and questions were being asked
