Internal HR recruiter contacted me directly and set up the face to face interview. The facility was amazing and the front desk assistants gave you a very positive first impression. My interview was held there on the first floor in a enclave and was 1 hour long.

The interview process was long and involved. Very thorough. I interviewed with at least eleven different people. Some meetings were face to face and others were over the phone. I met with peers to the role, direct reports to the role, and supervisors to the role. I also met with the main business customers of the role. Although this process literally took weeks, with sometimes large gaps between interviews, it allowed me to get to know the team and how it worked within the overall organization. The process also allowed the team to get to know me and how I would interact and manage various situations.
