Once you apply you must wait awhile and hope the system picks up your "keywords". If you use the correct keywords in your interview, you will then get called and asked basic questions about your work history even if they already have it on file.

Entretien
I was interviewed for the post of Technical support person. I come to know about the vacancy from the recruiter agency. I came across 2 rounds.
Aptitude test, Technical round. I did not get until the third round. May be third was an HR round.

There were basic personal questions like: tell me about yourself, achievements, hobbies.
Technical questions like Basic Networking, Troubleshooting scenarios.

The interview lasted for one hour. They asked general questions.As the interview was for support and monitoring, there were no technical questions. They wanted good communication skills .And a good attitude. They also asked about project done in college.
