The interview process included several phone interviews and an onsite interview over a period of several months. The phone interviews were with the recruiter, the hiring manager, the manager of the hiring manager and peers. For one panel phone interview, only half of the expected participants showed. The manager of the hiring manager agreed to call me to discuss the questions I posed, but did not keep her commitment. For the onsite interview, I incurred travel expenses. Fiserv committed to a thirty-day reimbursement SLA, and somehow managed to miss it. Two months later, I'm still awaiting payment.
