Completely disorganized. I was contacted by 3 different people for a phone screen. After much back and forth for a few weeks, the 20 minute phone interview was scheduled . The person was cold, curt, and did not seem to have any interest in learning about my background. I already felt like I wasn't a person to Fiserv, just a body to fill a position.
