J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fitbit
Entretien
Phone interview followed by on site interview. The question quality was balanced, iOS vs general programming/algorithms, and increased in difficulty as time interviews progressed. The people were friendly, one interview with a pair of interviewers stood out as being legit and high quality. Parking of course was difficult.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fitbit (San Francisco, CA) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Recruiter discussion, technical phone screen with paired coding, invited for an onsite. Onsite is half a day long and involves several whiteboard coding portions. Each session is a 2 on 1. Format did not allow for 1-on-1 on interviews, ergo, you are never really able to learn about employees' individual experience or attitudes. High degree of overlap in terms of skills addressed across different interview sessions. Some trivial exercises, specific obj-c syntax critiqued on a whiteboard. Some rigid expectations for answers or solutions. On the spectrum of technical interviews out there, by far the most tedious. No feedback after interview; no thank you, offer, or rejection.
