Incredibly chaotic and disorganized. Spoke to two team members, standard behavioral interview where they indicated they needed to fill the role quickly. The second interviewer mentioned there would be additional interviews with internal stakeholders but after the second things went dark. I reached out a few times to inquire status as I had two competing offers and wanted to try and expedite the process. The recruiter responded sporadically. After hearing nothing back, I requested my candidacy be withdrawn. Rather than provide an acknowledgement or receipt of my request, I got a generic "thanks for your time, we a not able to move forward hiring you at this time but would like to keep in touch." The most annoying part was the hiring manager doesn't seem to know about LinkedIn incognito mode and would view my profile daily for a few weeks strait.
