These days you expect to have a conversation, rather than someone simply reading standard cliched questions of the list and reading (again, no attempt to make it casual) the information about the company directly from the About section of their website.

3 rounds: hr, peer, and mgr. The overall process was smooth. The recruiter was really responsive and helpful. The only down side was the leader took weeks to make a final decision probly because he was interviewing many candidates in the meantime.
