Fairly easy - 1 call with a recruiter about salary and location then 1 video call with 3 people. Asked basic excel questions and overall experience questions. Was relaxed but professional

Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this role?
Great and easy, sent resume, 1 v 3 online interview (Was during covid). The start date was a few months out but the interview was simple. New to the field so they asked me basic questions and what skill set I had that would make me a good candidate.

1) Open house 2) Phone interview 3) Two separate interviews with senior project controls personel on the same day. It took four weeks to complete the three step interview process.
