Entretien
Very unprofessional interviewer. Interviewer repeatedly checked their cell phone throughout the interview. Interviewer also conducted interview in the back room of the store so there were people coming in and out constantly. Interviewer had to leave interview more than once to help floor staff. very generic interview questions. After the interview I had to go back in a few times to follow up seeing as no one had contacted me, turns out the managers both thought the other one had contacted me. Finally a cashier there told me that yes I had been hired and to come in for training that she would conduct to avoid further confusion.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
