J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forrester (Cambridge, MA) en janv. 2015
Entretien
I learned about the job opening through an employee referral. Within a couple of hours of my friend sending the Forrester recruiter my resume, I received a call. Within a few days of that initial call (it was on a Friday), I had follow-up calls with the hiring manager and a team member.
After those calls, I was sent a data file and a Powerpoint template with instructions to create a client-facing presentation based on the data and certain project assumptions and parameters as well as a blog promoting the final deliverable. I was then brought in to interview with the group VP, director, and team and presented my presentation to the group (both on-site and remote). The group asked questions during and after the presentation about my analysis. The face-to-face interviews were pretty straightforward, but the data exercise and presentation required a lot of preparation.
I received a call from the recruiter that afternoon and had a written offer within four days.

I can't recall the specific questions they asked me, but they weren't out of the ordinary for the responsibilities of the position and my experience.

HR approached me via LinkedIn, a screen call was set with HR. Then a screen call with business line manager. Then 3 back-to-back interviews with senior manager. Finally a week time to prepare a report and presentation on a specific case. In general the process is painless. HR is super helpful and nice. All the interviewers are friendly.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forrester (Frankfurt am Main) en mars 2022

First interview with the HR and your future manager, just to get to know you.
Then, 3 behavioural interviews to see how you react to situations.
Finally, 1 case study that you receive one week earlier and you have to present to 10 people from the company.
All the interview experience was great. All the people were super nice and helpful. I would recommend it 100%. One of the nicest process I have ever had.

Question 1
How are you empowering working with people from different cultures? give me examples
Four interviews so far, has been great conversation and I think the next round is a presentation. They ask very behavior oriented questions, but they are still fairly natural and easy-going. Still waiting on next round
