My interview was over the phone, the recruiter was speed talking was more interested in my PC components to start off with didn't know I was being interviewed, didn't say he was going to interview me, and neither was an interview arranged with me prior. It was like my home PC was being interviewed. I was finally asked every so quickly the following interview questions: -

Telephone call
Only asking three to five questions to see how you would come across to customers. It was fairly straight forward and role was offered in the call. The duration took approximately twenty minutes

Entretien
Overall very nice experience, time flew by. I felt quite comfortable during the interview. It felt more as a nice friendly chat. The interviewer has smiled all the time and repeated the questions if needed it.
