Exhaustive, they call you and for the second interview make you an appointment that they are going to cancel it a lot of times, the first time they make you know that the interview is going to be moved but then if the supervisor or whatever didn't go to the meeting they aren't going to tell you a single new about your process until you finally reach that appointment, could be weeks or could be months.

The interview overall was good , it was a video interview that had all the question needed for them to understand the employee they wanted and if he or she had everything they wanted in a bilingual customer service representative
