It's a 4 time interview process being interviewed by multiple departments 4 different times meeting with HR then the head of department waiting for a call back for the next interviews

I had to go through four interviews. I interviewed with different head managers from different departments. They asked a lot of theoretical questions about dealing with difficult customers. They are really looking for people who can think into the future a lot.
