very friendly, interviewer had a lot of lumber experience so we related to the job and lumber company. We talked about work and family and all our experience in the lumber company. I meet all the people in the yard. The interview process took about an hour because we keep talking about a lot of personal things and Lumber and all the companies I had worked for.
