The process typically begins with an initial screening, which may involve a phone or video interview conducted by HR or a hiring manager. This is followed by one or more in depth interviews that can include technical assessments, especially for engineering or survey related positions.

Overall, it was a positive experience and very professional. The interview panel included the Chief Geophysicist and the Team Manager. They asked standard questions such as "Tell me about yourself," as well as situational questions about challenges I’ve faced and how I managed them. At the end, they presented some technical images and asked a few related technical questions. I also took the opportunity to ask several questions of my own, including why the position is open, how they would describe the work environment and team dynamics, and what they expect from the person in this role during the first three months.
