Full-Day Assessment Centre -split into 3 different groups of 7-8 -brief overview of GE -basic accounting test (3 MCQ questions) -group case study & presentation (finance managers to observe the discussion and raise questions during presentation) -lunch & networking -interview with various finance managers (1 candidate to 3 managers)
