Manager of a different group called me up for a phone interview. Just basic screening and some general design questions - have you designed that, have you designed this.
Scheduled 1:1 for the next week. Interviewed with 2 managers. Difficulty level of questions were normal - some analog and digital design questions.
Applied through University coop program. Interviewer was a stand in. A lot of behaviour questions, "What would you do if there was a conflict with a coworker" etc. No technical questions except for a question about the structure of a technical report.
