the first contact was a recruiter by phone. she was very nice basically repeated my resume. i had a over the phone interview with HR after that. then i finally had a face to face. the face to face interview was set up over a whole day with about an hour per person i met with totaling 6 people. i met with each one individually and then the director of the department last. each person had a specific thing they were looking for.
