You are invited to a 3-4 hour long Assessment Center among with a small group of people. The company is presenting itself in general. After you take part in group activities, which is testing how good of a team player are you. There is a written logical and accounting test as well. In the end there is a personal interview with HR about your background and a few accounting questions.
