It depends on the work requirement. For me it was depending on the profile the was offereing.
They want a lead design engineer with the capability to travel on site. They did two technical rounds [these rounds depends on profile to profile, sometimes these can go up to 3-4]. After technical there was HR round [here you should be smart enough to get the desired salary]. Final is the selection.

Entretien
It was a lengthy process with two technical phone interviews and a full day on-site interview. The on-site interview included multiple one-on-one technical interviews, panel discussions, presentation and a behavioral interview.

Entretien
Was arranged by GE HR, and attend the call by VC. After the profile shortlist by the GE HR, they have called and arranged the interview via tams. The interview was more into the costumer project .
