It was a very long process. HR not particularly helpful. Difficult to get a feel if I was the preferred candidate (I was). Start with HR phone screen, then HR interview, then hiring partner phone interview, then on campus team interview.

There were multiple interviews, and I was led to believe that I was the final candidate. GE will have a person go through multiple interviews, lead a candidate on, and not make an offer.
