Multiple interview cycles asking the same thing essentially, they really focus on communications experience, and what you have done in the past. Marketing experience is also a must even though it’s not rocket science, personality matters more

Seamless. Great communication at every step of the process omboarding also very comprehensive . It was a beautiful experience from start to.finish . You do only two interviews and you know whether you have made it or.not.

Entretien
Simple and straightforward. There was an application followed by in-person interviews with three different people. I interviewed with the would-be manager, HR, and another leader who I would work with if offered the role. GE covered the travel and lodging costs for the interview. The interview was focused on experience oriented questions/behavioral. They were very interested in how I handled different scenarios.
