Un poco desorganizados pero respuestas simples y concretas, proceso algo lento pero no complicado, desde mi punto de vista solo recomendaria que dieran respuestas mas rapidas, ya que aplique a 3 puestos diferentes y en todos pase las fases iniciales pero un puesto se tardaron 3 meses en darme una respuesta.

Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.

Hirevue - two rounds with video responses and short answer questions. Should hear back after the second one pretty straightforward with mostly behavioral questions and interest in the company and their products

Meet at career fair, then one round of one interview over zoom. The interview was held with 2 different senior engineers. During the process there is contact with a recruiter.
