Put in an application online and received a phone approximately two days later. We set an interview date for two days after that, and I showed up about 10-15 minutes early. Me and the other girls that were there started talking and realized it was a group interview. So we grouped together and the manager seemed to like that. We went in to a small room and we went around the room gave our name, and past work experience, what our personality was like and pur availability and then it was over.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
