Entretien
I had a total of four interviews before I was extended an offer with Garmin:
- Initial phone screening with HR
- Phone interview with hiring manager
- 2 on-site in-person interviews with teams
During the first on-site interview, I met with HR and then was given a tour of Garmin. Once an offer was extended a drug test and reference check was performed. Most questions during the interview related to past work experience and how you deal with difficult people and situations during the development process.

Basic HR questions, technical skills are questioned in the interview. I was asked about my coding background, team background, and basic personality questions. Overall the interview was basic and half of the interview was them telling me about Garmin.
