Applied on-line. Followed by the stereotypical HR phone screen: condescending, scripted, etc. Filtering for salary requirements, culture fit, etc. The person I was talking to was polite, but inexperienced. She tenaciously attempted to maintain control of the conversation which was sort of entertaining. I knew by the end that I wasn't going to get the job and more than likely I was just being screened as a backup candidate. I was also surprised with the inflexibility regarding remote work - this company clearly wants "butts in seats" to justify their expensive campus. YMMV.
Great process. Was easy to communicate with the person performing the interview. Good questions were asked. Lasted about one hour. Felt comfortable communicating with the person on all fronts. Overall good experience.

Recruiter interview for culture/fit, then an in-person interview with more technical questions and a tour of the facility with two hiring managers. The hiring managers interviewing me could not tell me what the next step in the process would be if successful. I was told I would hear within two weeks and I did not hear anything for a full month after the in-person interview. I received an automated email confirming I was not selected and I should "apply for other opportunities that better suit my qualifications". The people who interviewed me were all fantastic, but the process itself felt rigid, impersonal and bureaucratic; I felt discouraged me from applying again as I see those as signs of a poor fit with the culture I'm looking for at work
