The interview process is very structured (which I appreciated.) It will start with an initial call with a recruiter to learn more about your background and overall fit for the role. Following that, the next step is a call with two current managers of the role youre applying for where they will ask more targeted behavioral based questions, think "tell me about a time when..." Then the next step is a panel interview in person at the office where you're applying with your recruiter, hiring managers, and one Vice President in the room. This is where all of the puzzle pieces come together and you get to present on who you are and your experience to the group. The panel interview starts out with a role information session where you meet a current employee in the role you're applying for as well as a quick role play call (it's not scary I promise) followed with Q&A from the panel members.
