There were multiple phone/video calls with behavioral questions and role plays. These were OK for the most part. If you make it through these, you then may be asked to come to an 'Invitational Day' at the office in Fort Myers. This day is extremely long and filled with elevator pitches, group activities, and several presentations about the company. If you happen to voice your opinion or say anything that they could consider to be 'too' confident, you will not be receiving an offer. At the end of the day, they separate all of the attendees into groups and, if you don't make it, take you into a room and let you know you are not getting an offer. Just a side note - they are not sensitive or nice in doing this. One of the heads of campus recruiting was extremely rude and it is clear, once it is decided you are not getting an offer, that he has no regard for you. After you are told no, you get sent away in cars back to the hotel while the rest of the group is sent off in a party bus to a congratulatory dinner. They spend the entire day trying to persuade you that they are a company with this great culture, but any company that embarrasses and demoralizes candidates who have spent a ridiculous amount of time on the interview process is no such thing.
