The recruitment process mirrors the company philosophy, with a strong focus on feedback (and how you receipt and use it). Being open minded and eager to learn is always good, but specially when you are starting a process with a company like Gartner. I had four interviews with Gartner's recruiters and managers: two calls (first one is just a screening), one Webex meeting and a panel interview in their offices (Egham, UK). The process was well structured, and the recruiter (thanks, Brett!) did let me know in detail about every step from the first call, setting the right expectations from the beginning, and showing respect for my time.
