I had been in touch with a recruiter who set up a Skype interview. The interview was standard behavioral questions as well as a lot about why I was interested in sales and the position in general.

Why are you interested in sales?
What makes you stand apart from other candidates?
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Entretien
Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
