I was referred by a Gartner employee in Singapore. I got a call from the recruiting officer for a phone interview a few days after submitting the resume. The phone interview went well, and she scheduled a face-to-face interview the following week. Supposedly this interview would have been with the Director, however, because the Manager was on a business trip, I was interviewed by the same person who had interviewed me over the phones. Questions were repeated. I did well, went back and wrote a thank-you note to her to follow up, there was no further update. I thought it could have been done better at their Hiring procedure, even when the candidate is not successful.
