Entretien
I applied in October and went through one phone screening which is essentially just to see if you are a decent human. From there, I reached out in January to see if they were still looking in which I was told they were.
After that you go through two phone interviews with a recruiter in which they ask a lot of behavioral questions about your resume.
Following that you have a Webx interview with a manager and you finish with a fourth interview that includes a presentation on yourself, more behavioral questions, and a role play

Question 1
When did you go above and beyond providing service?
I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources
I had the first screening so far, waiting to hear ack if they're moving forward with my application. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.

Entretien
The interview process was extremely professional and well-organized. The recruiter showed up on time and made sure to confirm all the small details. The interview process is very detailed, and you really need to be super well-versed on every aspect of your resume.
