Fairly long process stretching 2 months. There was an initial screening by an HR, followed by a more detailed conversation with a HR manager, to align with expectations. This was followed by two, 1-1 meetings with a Sr. Director and a Managing Vice President. Conversations mostly revolved around past experiences and how it aligns to the current role. There were some textbook behavioral questions as well. Then for the final round - there was a case presentation to a panel of 4 - consisting of MVPs and Sr. Directors. You get 1 week to prepare for the presentation. The case presentation also involves a Q&A at the end. Was presented with a verbal offer after a couple of days of the final presentation. The written offer took about a week to be generated.
