J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2024

First stage was a telephone call with a recruiter. She was a spanish and therefore I found some difficulty with the language barriers. On top of that, the call connection was terrible. I spent most of the call asking if she could repeat stuff.
She did not really want to speak with me, it felt although she was reading off a script for the duration of the 10 minute call. She asked me one questions- 'what are you looking for?'. She then said 'I have to tell you about the company' as she continued to ramble on.
I usually find with sales interviews they like to ask a lot of questions and gauge your personality and energy. This was most definitely not the case here.
I was told I would hear back by Friday.... Over two weeks ago. One ignored email later, I think I will write this one off. Such a shame, looks like a fantastic company to work for,
They have reached out to me for a job every year and I have interviewed with them 2 times and have never made it past the 1st interview. Confused why a recruiter reaches out to me anymore?

It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
