Had a quick phone call with the talent team who then progressed me to the first interview where they sent me a lot of documents to prepare around and how to use STAR
It was just a basic phone call screen with the recruiter, very laid back and easy. Think it went well and am hoping to make it to next round of interviews.
Very winding. It is about an hour long, you are graded on the five competencies, and are largely asked star based questions, with large emphasis on the action portion of your response
