Very long and tedious interview process, so many rounds and a lot of people to talk to who ask similar questions. They took a long time to even reach out for an interview in the first place

Entretien
The first round was a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my background and experience. The second was a one-hour behavioral interview covering the role and company. The final round was one-hour and 30-minutes. The questions were similar to the second round but included a role-play exercise. Throughout the process, a major focus was on coachability and how well I could apply feedback given during the interviews.
