Initially contacted after my profile was found on LinkedIn.
Was invited to first stage interview which was more of a discussion outlining experience.
Then invited to second stage interview which was with another head of service. I was asked to present on how I intend to generate candidates for a particular desk. This was presented with further questions.

Two, 2 1/2 hour interviews with a self absorbed, big headed, non-billing Division Manager.
Talked down to me the whole time and comes across like you should be privileged to be in his presence.

long different people came in to me and asked different questions, over the phone, in person , different roles and managers all whilst waiting in the interrview room all along for the duration then cnother phone interview
