I had two phone interviews. The first one was in two weeks after I submitted the application. It's from a recruiter like company to do the initial screening, asked for basic information, some behavior questions. Second phone call was from HM a week later. Most were technical questions, all based on my resume.

Had a really great impression of the company. Gave a short interview of my work to the hiring manager via Zoom and had a chance to ask questions afterwards. Unfortunately didn’t get an offer in the end.
