The interview process was great. There were a few rounds with HR and the hiring manager and then a seminar and one on one interviews with 14 people from the team each approximately 30-45 minutes. This was done all virtually over 4 days.

I got an email by HM after applying for the role and asked me to set a time. 30 min. interview, Person that was interviewing was nice and questions were expected.
asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort

-Phone Interview with HR (30 min):
Covers career opportunities, company culture, and behavioral interview questions.
On-Site Interview:
Includes a seminar presentation followed by discussions with the team.
