the hiring process was pretty simple and straight forward. it consisted of a formal one on one interview and a group panel interview with the workers in the specific department. I also met with other supervisors for a possible fit in another department.

Three interviews; first with the recruiter for a simple screening, second with the hiring manager describing past experience, and third interview with the entire team with a 20 minute presentation on previous scientific research followed by one-on-ones with the team.
