J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) en août 2015
Entretien
The interview process was fairly easy and fair. I interviewed through a recruiting agency and it took a couple of days for the agency to call me and set up an interview. On the day of the interview I was greeted by two managers and was asked fairly simple behavioral questions. There was only three questions and a short writing prompt at the end. It took them about one week to get back to me and I was able to get the job.

I applied this role through a recruiter. The interview last 30 minutes, I met with two people from the department. One is a supervisor of the team, the other is a member of the Intake Coordinator who started this role as a contractor and was qualified for an extension, and is a Genentech employee now. They asked a total of 6 questions, all are behavioral type. Before they began, they asked essential questions about your availability and whether you have any upcoming vacation plans especially in November (Nov - Mar is the company's peak season with enormous amount of volume flowing in, they are restricting workers from taking days off).
