The interview process began as a group exercise. Everyone at the table would work on a project while being individually evaluated by interviewers on the side. This was to assess our ability to work in teams and critically think. Then it was onto a two on one individual interview.

There are usually two rounds with different set of managers. Sometimes they will bring in a full time employee in the panel too. Usually there’s around five questions surrounding the competencies. From my experience with multiple interviews, they really want you to focus on what you did, your behavior, or thought process in achieving your results.

Not a great atmosphere when your a temporary worker. Almost all the benefits and fun perks go to full time employees. They treat you very differently if you are a temp.

What would you do in a difficult situation related to customer service
First part of the interview process is recording yourself answering some questions and scenarios. The recording lets you choose when to start. You won't be able to go back and change what you say.
