Entretien
The first stage was a phone screen with a TA Manager which was 30 minutes, in which the manager asked general surface questions i.e. background, desired salary, overview of position I applied to. Q&A at the end.

Majority of the questions were situational, for example, "Tell me a time when you experienced a difficult obstacle, and how you came to a solution, if any."
