Interview with manager, team lead, and HR. Said that they were planning on deciding soon and then I never heard back from them. They didn't even bother to say "no thanks".
Asked generic questions like:
- what are your strengths/weaknesses
- describe a good manager

Asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. Had me code a sample project which wasn't very difficult. They also gave me free lunch. I felt very welcomed and not at all intimidated.

It took a month for General Dynamics to get back to me once I submitted my resume, then I had one interview and was never called back. In the interview was a manager and two other software engineers who were extremely nice.
Short Phone call with hiring manager. They decide after one phone call if you're hired or not. Very easy interview to do. Test basic coding knowledge and was not at all very challenging
