Not pleasant - was invited for the second round of interviews following the initial two phone conversations with the hiring manager and phone screen only to find out that the site had filled the position without alerting the hiring manager. There was little effort made to provide reasoning or information on the disconnect.

Started through university recruiting. Had a one on one interview on campus with some of the staff. I was asked to have an on-site interview about 4 days later. The on-site interview was comprised of 5 interviews, about 30 minutes each. I heard back about a week after the on-site interview. Everyone was super nice during the whole process, which made me want to work there even more.
